Par contre, beaucoup de passages et de bruit même la nuit. Pas de place de parking attribué au logement, beaucoup de difficulté à en trouver. Le logement est bien équipé mais la literie est à revoir absolument. Odeurs nauséabondes de l'usine de papier certains jours. L’agence nous a fait tout de meme patienter une heure pour recuperer les clés du bien. Situation très bonne ( vue ocean , acces rapide a la plage / acces rapide au centre de Mimizan plage ) en revanche bruyante ( Bruit des soirées / passages de personnes à heure tardive / entretien de la commune).
