I have stayed here before. It was close to a restaurant we ate at. Bar on 9th floor was quite busy so went down to first floor bar for some desert & a drink. Great service. Room was quiet. Ordered room service breakfast- hit the spot. Easy checkout, ride picked me up & took me away. Nice property & staff.

1st I need to mention their customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Seeing how every single employee (from Valet to reception to restaurant staff) was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional . They made you feel right at home. I will absolutely be staying here again just for the customer service alone!

Nice staff, pretty building, great location Room was super dusty so I had to wipe it down. Sliding door to bathroom wouldn’t close all the way. Comfortable space but wouldn’t spend more than $175 before fees/tax to stay here.

Very nice hotel-trendy and comfortable. Wine and beer happy hour in the lobby and welcoming fireplace were a nice touch. Great location and nice gym.

I will say that I thought I was going to give a bad review, room was fantastic and hotel amenities were very good, great rooftop bar. First morning, I was told it would take five minutes to get my car from valet parking, check in, they gave me a QR code to scan when I wanted the car, when I scanned the code it immediately asked how much I wanted to tip with the minimum amount being seven dollars. Now I tend to be an over tipper, but I like to wait until I get my car before I tip a half hour later my car arrived the next morning I decided to give them a 10 minute heads up and after 25 minutes I asked them what a hold up was. Apparently they had lost the car of somebody else in front of me and we’re looking for it and there was no one available to get my car . After another 25 minutes I asked them if I could just have my car keys and walk to the parking lot and get them myself. I received a text from the Kimpton asking me how my day was so far and was there anything they could do to improve . I filled out when it happened this morning and asked them how they were going to remedy the situation. Normally these things are ignored, but they ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING. the valet charged was waived, and the next morning when I went to check out, my car was waiting for me in front of the hotel before I had even asked for it. I really appreciate it the effort, situations happen, but the important thing is how we respond to them. I give them 5/5 and will definitely stay again

The housekeeping department was terrible. My room was cleaned 1 time over 4 nights. I complained several times and still no service. Marley at the desk was the only person that seemed to care. They did end up crediting me one nights stay

My only complaint was they need pillow protectors. I could see the pillows because the cases didn’t fold over very well and they were filthy. Kind of gross to think about. Great dining options. Very walkable. Staff was very nice.

Very nice stay in a neighborhood we are looking to purchase in. All the amenities, comfort and cleanliness were to standard for this hotel chain. Will most certainly use again and refer to others.

Not worth it. Location is great but that was about it. Room appeared to have not been actually cleaned in some time, heavy dust on all surfaces, mirror was dirty, furniture was beat up. Wanted to order food from bar kitchen after returning from concert - advertised as open til 12am only to find out they now close the bar kitchen at 10pm. Woken up early in the morning by the room next door blaring music. You can hear everything in the rooms and hallways. Front desk staff and valet were friendly but you get more amenities and a cleaner room by staying at a 2 star hotel in downtown Milwaukee for half the cost.
