Located in a beautifully restored historic brewery building, this designer apartment features original Cream City brick and soaring arched windows. Whether you\`re here for a Bucks game, a concert, or a business trip, you’ll love the rooftop views, the fully-equipped fitness center, and the convenience of free secured parking. Sleeping arrangements: This double queen apartment comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in the same room. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, two dedicated workspaces, dining table that seats four, in-unit laundry, Keurig, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole. Location: \- In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave \- 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets \- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University Parking: \- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival \- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs \~$25/day (and increases during events) \- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.
