Property was average. Signage outside was small so missed the turn the first time. Workout room was extremely small.

I like the proximity to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and modern looking. Staff were friendly. The gym had adequate equipment for basic workout but the temperature of room was 81 degrees!! There were no disposable water cups or wipes to wipe down equipment. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Advertised a hot tub, no hot tub. It was filled in with concrete and now has couches in its place. Also has sign that says pool & whirlpool before entering. Refrigerator froze our food solid. Staff was friendly but not trained when to call when an emergency broke out. A hotel guest had to call police while there was a domestic dispute between a couple after midnight in hotel lobby. I didn't feel safe. The room itself was clean & the king size bed was very comfortable. Next time in the Brookfield area we will choose to stay elsewhere.

This stay was ok and thankfully just one night. The night desk person was a bit rude. I also found 3 plastic cups hidden around our room with some kind of liquid in them. That was a bit concerning. The beds weren’t great. It was somewhere to sleep in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Emergency Stay
We needed to find a hotel due to a power outage during the snow storm and the majority of hotels were already booked. The Sonesta served it's purpose. Nice Rooms. Nice Lobby. Great staff.

I booked online via Expedia and it said breakfast included. I went for breakfast but no breakfast was available. A person was there behind the counter and she gave me a sandwich and juice as a compliment. I wished breakfast was available.

Loud loud loud
I’ve never stayed in a room where a picture has flown off the wall because the neighbors were being so obnoxious. This family continued to be unbelievably loud until after 1am. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and chose it because it was always quiet. Not this time. Not sure if we’ll stay again.

I've stay at this hotel many times over the last 4 years, this might be my last stay. Got there and was hit with a $5 a night parking fee for a large empty surban hotel lot. Guess they needed the $15. Toilet was plugged and had to move rooms. Just wasn't pleased.

Our room looked like it hadn’t been used in a while, spider web in the bathroom corner. No biggie. Smoke detector looked like it was pulled from the wall, hanging and since it’s above the bed that’s what you wake up to. No maid service while we were there and I called the front desk twice, no answer so we winged it lol.
