It’s only about 20 minutes away, but half the cost of houses right in the city. We were very happy with our stay and the house was just as expected. It was clear from the property description that there are train tracks close by, and you can hear the trains very clearly (once the house even shook), but they weren’t super frequent and didn’t bother us as we were expecting it. This was a great space to watch the eclipse. Outdoor space was plentiful with a cute deck. Work from home space was a bit limited, but fine for a few days. We were not disturbed at all by the neighbors or the train. (The train ran infrequently and was across the street.) Alex stocked the house with lots of treats and was very responsive to questions and flexible when our plans changed slightly.
