"The Communication and picking up the key was super annoying. We had to wait forever to get the key and no one responded to our calls. First, we were provided with the wrong address, which was 30 min away. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights which was certainly not enough...but the view of the apartment was great! To get there you have to carry everything a lot of stairs because parking is quite far..."

Nice that there was a pool included but the water seemed a bit murky so unsure as to its level of cleanliness. Overall our room and experience was really nice, our terrace was huge and gave us a lovely vantage point of the area. Would stay again :)"

"Soundproofing in the room is not very good, it is very clean and updated but you can hear water move in pipes in the wall and people in the hallway. The property is nice and good value for what it is. Staff are helpful but the property had an iron but no ironing board, gym is a bit worn down but decent for a hotel gym and the roof pool is nice and roof deck is nice."
