This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. A queen futon with a pillow and blanket provide extra sleeping space. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Some houses in the neighborhood area are under construction (significant progress is being made). Guests can stream with their own accounts (cable is unavailable). This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door. Motion detection records audio and video when someone approaches or rings the doorbell. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
