It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the Olympic sized pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, ping pong tables and more. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground and much more. There is a grill at the clubhouse and charcoal grills throughout the community for guest use. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach. Enjoy this great community and the many properties that CBV has to offer. Property Information: This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, plus den, 2.5 bathroom, living, dining, kitchen areas, garage, screened porch and patio. Special Comments: No Smoking. Street parking is prohibited at all times. The community will ticket if parked on the street. Park two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage if allowed by the property owner. Overflow parking at the Clubhouse is available. The HOA allows each home eight (8) Community Passes. They must be shared amongst guests. Guest must complete the rental application provided by Bishops Landing within 10 days of reservation. HOA and Owner are provided copies of the Application and Agreement. Minimum 7-day rental. The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70. Things to know Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). However there were a few issues that the management company handled promptly- light bulbs out, toilet seat loose, too much trash in trash can. One big problem was the lock on the front door - extremely difficult to lock and unlock and get the key out. Would have been much more convenient to use a key pad that there but unavailable to us. It was really nice having linens provided. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large. Do not count the sunroom as an additional living or sleeping space. It was HOT and dirty and went unused for our week in August. The neighborhood was great--so friendly, and 2 great pools and a lovely nature trail and biking\\walking path. It was 15-20 min. drive to the boardwalk in Bethany. We spent most of our beach days in Fenwick Island State Park to avoid the crowded beaches and seemingly non-existent parking of Bethany Beach. The beach was big, clean, and plenty of room for playing volleyball, spikeball, throwing a football, etc. It has a really nice bathroom and snack shop area and big parking lots. ##### Adrian G. Dirty bathrooms, stained carpets, sticky floors, needed air fresheners badly. The king bed was extremely worn out and allowed for about 3-4 hours of sleep per night on it. Screen room was all glass and too dirty and hot to use. All light bulbs were different colors and wattage, about half didn't work. Master bedroom batteries were missing in smoke alarm. Main hallway smoke alarm started beeping the first night due to dead batteries. All air conditioning filters were filthy. Very nice community that we have stayed in a couple times before and the difference between this property and the others was huge. Would pick a different one next time. ##### Chris K.
