"I thought the property was overpriced; I use VRBO often and it was almost doubled. BUT...The house was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes, pans and utensils. It was clean and provided a great space for the family. They do not provide towels, linens or sheets. For the price, this should be an included service. The deck was very nice for an outdoor space leading to the beach. The beach area was not clean. We had Quite a few members of the family also experienced really bad...

"Excellent location with close access to the public beached grocery store. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfortable beds... Bring extra blankets ... Place needs more attention to the cleanliness, some of kitchen drawers were greasy. Kitchen could be better stocked with larger pods and pans. Overall place is nicely decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend the rental. Smoke alarm is VERY sensitive...my family set it off when toasting bread. Check in process could improve a bit."

"Great place, clean, close to beach. Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step. No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed."

"Perfect place for two people and a dog. Great beach access - some houses to the north do not due to some erosion. Owner was quick to accommodate an additional day. This is our third time renting this house and it won’t be our last."

"Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine."
