This tastefully decorated condominium in the Windswept community at The Peninsula is ready for your vacation. It's close proximity to the pool, fitness center and tennis courts make it an ideal location for your vacation. Windswept units have elevator access. Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Pets are not permitted at this property; Peninsula rules allow for 2 cars maximum. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. My family and myself had the best time! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and so conveniently located to all amenities.
