Grizedale lodge perfect views. A little tired on flooring, door frames and windows but overall good. Sofas quite low but beds comfy and well equipped kitchen. Nice little welcome pack and treats for dogs. Our lodge was lovely, perfect spot with great views. Only downfall was that upon arrival it was absolutely freezing in the lodge with only one small radiator in the whole of the living/dining area so took a while to warm up. Also on checking in we were told that if our hot tub was one of the last to be cleaned, then it won't be ready until around 9pm.. turned out ours was most definitely the last to be cleaned as it was still cold at 9pm, we couldn't use until the next morning which was disappointing.
