Katahdin Comfort - A Beautiful Four Bedroom Home

  • Enjoy the comforts of a completely renovated house conveniently located in-town Millinocket. If coming to the Millinocket region for hiking Mount Katahdin, ATVing, snowmobiling, rafting the Penobscot, fishing, hunting, touring Baxter State Park or exploring the National Monument, you will enjoy our home. We have 4 BR, 2 BA, sleeps 10 with granite kitchen. Garage accessibility for your snowmobiles or ATV's. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Direct access to ATV trail system and ITS-86 from the property.

    The space

    You will enjoy this modern and spacious home with many amenities and comforts. Granite kitchen with stainless appliances, leather reclining furniture, large smart TV in living room, smart TV in all bedrooms, five very comfortable beds, a heated porch and two car garage. Located in-town close to grocery store and restaurants. This is a non-smoking and no pets property.
