Exceptionally clean, well organized, well outfitted with everything you need to stay, a warming comfortable environment, and a nice friendly neighborhood. The owner was very fast to respond with everything I ask about or needed to know. My kids and I stayed for an entire week and had family and friends visit. We had such a great time and comfortable stay. The house worked out great for the 8 of us and we could have easily had a few more stay with us. There were 3 rollout beds and a couch we didn't even use for sleeping. The lake and views are gorgeous, the kitchen and pantry was well-equipped, ample parking, so peaceful. Great proximity to BS, to town and a nearby gen store. Communication with April was excellent as well. We loved not having to strip beds or clean or anything -- we always wonder why we pay cleaning fees and still have to clean --- NOT at this property. Private. The beach was great. There is docks that come up and visit. We had a clogged sink when we arrived that lasted our trip but it was a holiday weekend and we were made aware of it ahead of time so it really wasn't as big of a deal.
