"This place is in a fabulous location with a stellar Mountain View. It’s spacious, clean, and set up very well for groups/families. We only had a few small notes: the grill was not well cleaned, some of the dining chairs/furniture were a little dated and we weren’t sure of their overall stability, and the WIFI was not very good. It’s a remote location so yes, service will be spotty but if you’re going to offer WiFi it should be equipped to actually provide. Our biggest complaint would be that we had to either pay for trash removal or take it out on our own. It was fine to take it out on our own, but come to find out the trash station was not open when we went to take the trash. Knowing the hours of operation would have been helpful, and there was a bag of trash left by someone else prior to our stay. Would love to stay again in the future, we did not have time to try the hot tub so maybe next time! "

"My family spent a week at the lovely cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. I would recommend adding an air fryer. The upper deck could use some new seat cushions for the chairs and it would be nice if there were some lights around the deck for ambiance. Unfortunately the river was higher than usual so we couldn’t really enjoy it since it was so hot out. "

"The size was ideal for our family, the location on the water was great. The upstairs bedrooms did not stay as cool as the rest of the house, the window units were a bit lax. The rest of the home was central air so stayed cool. Overall, would recommend unless there is an extreme rainstorm. Due to the lack of gutter/spout maintenance the basement rooms had water running in that made towels useless. The plus was within an hour people were sent to take care of the issue. The consensus of the family is we would return:)"
