Tiny house cabin offers a welcoming atmosphere with a mountain cabin flair. One bedroom with queen bed and two twin beds in an upstairs loft, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower with HUGE rainwater shower head, and a soaker tub with TV! Outdoor fire pit area. Perfect for a weekend getaway. 11 miles from the Lake Sinclair Marina slip. Great for parents visiting
their students at GCSU. Come experience Milledgeville in a relaxing setting.

This 450 square foot cabin is perfect for up to 4 guests. There is a stainless steel fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Keurig coffee pot and pots and pans in the kitchen. We also have a charcoal grill outside. Smart TV with Netflix and cable in living room. Smart TV in bathroom.

Have you ever tried an outdoor shower? It’s AMAZING!! We have a huge rainwater shower head. At the end of your day, enjoy a long bath in the soaker tub. Take advantage of the beautiful scenery, and enjoy your evening on the outdoor swing. **Note: there is no indoor shower**

We will provide you with an access code to the door a few days before your arrival.

Full access is available for the tiny house. As you arrive at the property, you have reserved parking in the paved area directly in front of the property. Parking in the bottom of the driveway is reserved for homeowners.

Beautiful mini cabin
Location was perfect for our UGA game day weekend. Outdoor shower was blissful and we all loved it. Parking is tight and the driveway coming in is narrow. If you have anything larger than a F150 you might want to notify owners to find an alternate spot. All in all it was a wonderful weekend spent there.

Cutest Cabin Ever!
We absolutely loved staying in this brand new cabin in milledgeville! It was immaculate! It’s a perfect size for a weekend getaway! The soaker tub is amazing! There’s a fire pit outside along with a swing & hammock! The owners were so sweet to leave us a snack when we arrived and a Christmas tree with lights on greeted us upon arrival! Don’t hesitate at all to book this cute cabin!! I’m sure you will love it as much as we did!
