Millar Heights Holidays from £913

The only part of the checkin that was welcoming was the juice that we were given. The rep at the counter was not friendly. The room was ok, bed was comfortable. The floor was very slippery from mopping and stayed that way for several hours. The resort was maybe 10-15% capacity so other rooms had to be available. The pool was great and one of the best parts of our stay. The pool bar staff was inattentive. Only one male bartender was engaging and helpful. The outdoor grill had good burgers and conch fritters. The staff looked unhappy to be there. The staff was seen eating/drinking everyday. The breakfast was the same each day, only hot food was the made to order eggs, waffles/toast, everything else was warm at best. We only ate supper at Martino's which 1 out our 4 meals was good, the other 3 were average, the wait staff here was some of the best we had at the resort. We never ate lunch/dinner at the main restaurant, we went to Baha Mar for supper the other 3 nights of our stay. Sunday night, Breezes held a back to school party for the locals. It was not communicated to the guests. It started late afternoon and the music was pumping until 12 am. The whole time we were there, there may have been 10-30 people at the pool. This party had 200+ people, and I would have to say 95% locals. This is fine but not the environment we wanted. Close the resort and hold the party. Never saw anyone who appeared to be a manager the whole 5 days while there. Probably would not stay again
