Location, room size, decor very inviting. The filter water machine is a nice touch.
Great hotel!!! Very clean and its decor is different than most hotels, in a good way!! Having to use key/card access to go anywhere on the elevator and to get to or from the parking garage made us feel really safe!!! Our only complaint is the restaurant. Ask for a few items on the menu, and well, ...
The room was clean when I got there on the first day and they cleaned it again on my second day. The purified water by the ice machine was very good. Great location in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.
Very welcoming environment, and great front desk staff, they were extremely helpful.
Close to everything, extra space, underground parking.
A modern, affordable hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have has a shampoo in addition to the hand and body wash in the shower.
Ok room no view but It was close to target field.Good location.
I liked the friendliness of the staff. I did not like that I had to pay extra for a breakfast that is usually included in the original cost of the room. Honestly, $22 for a breakfast buffet on top of the room rate?
All was excellent. Check-in was fast. There were plenty of employees doing check-in, so the line moved quickly. Location downtown was great, everything was within easy walking distance. The only negative was that I couldn't easily see where the parking was located.
