Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Close to market and docks. Really liked this place for my first visit to Seattle.

I celebrated my 30th birthday the staff were amazing & very accommodating, definitely will be booking again soon

We stayed 1 night literally to sleep but all the Amenities is amazing and wish we stayed longer to make use of them.

The lobby feels modern yet welcoming, and the staff set the tone immediately with their professionalism and genuine hospitality. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible views of the city and the water. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and every detail from the lighting to the bathroom amenities was carefully thought out. The restaurant and bar exceeded expectations, serving excellent food and cocktails in a setting that feels both refined and relaxed. I also loved the spa and wellness facilitiesluxurious, peaceful, and a perfect way to unwind. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay feel personal and memorable. If you’re visiting Seattle and want a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and top-tier service, Lotte Hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back. James M.

Hotel was wonderful. We booked a pickup service through the hotel and we waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport we had to make 3 phone calls to finally receive a call from the driver. Was not too happy with that service.
