About this property
3 Br Cottage right on beach - Beautiful view of beach/water - Pets welcome!
- This is a cottage in the private beach community in the Primehook National Wildlife Refuge which has over 8,000 acres of untouched beauty. The community is 5 miles off Route 1 and is small and relaxed!
You can swim and fish right in front of the house; you can be on the beach at anytime (sleep on it if you like) and may have a bonfire in the evening if it's not too windy! As mentioned previously, we have a new patio where you can grill, eat and view the beach as well as enjoy the late afternoon breeze.
The cottage has three bedrooms but can accommodate additional sleepers via couch, sofa bed (full mattress), and air mattress (queen).
15 minutes to Milton for grocery and shopping center; 15 minutes to Lewes; 25 minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches if you want shopping (outlets and small, unique stores), movies, restaurants, jet ski, bike rentals, etc.
