"We showed up during an emergency water outage and the room was not quite ready; however they were determined to make it right without and even asking and just upgraded to suite. So, double review in one lol The suite is fully equipped with a kitchen just bring the food. Excellent choice when staying for UWM Live!"

"This property needs perfect renovation like paint, carpet. restroom and others. Everything is good you can use it and stay but with renovation you can get more people to stay. Breakfast not good but okay just to have a cup of drink and fly away. We were 4 people not satisfied but for one night is okay"

The furniture in the lobby was filthy-I was surprised because I've stayed here for years when I traveled to this area. The beds were comfy. Parking garage was nice. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms like some of their competitors. Overall, pretty decent experience. "

"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. I appreciate the concern and care when of late, that is not always the norm. St John's Resort is truly beautiful as well. The grounds and facilities are gorgeous. I'll be back when I'm feeling better!!"
