Style from the old days

Professional and friendly staff with a help for everything. When we arrived my girlfriend was not feeling too well, so they gave us another room for her to get rest while waiting our own room to get ready. Showers totally out of date condition and the whole place needs heavy updating soon. But for the staff I would go there again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Amazing service by all staff, especially the room service waiters and the door men. So friendly and made my little boy smile everyday. We felt so welcome staying at this hotel, even with a 15month old. Room service both breakfast and evening meal was great! And my favourite was the little touches we would come back to every evening. From flowers, chocolates, to birthday cake. This stay was extra special. Thank you all!

Hotel confortável, bem localizado e elegante

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro nobre de Milao. Tem saída direta para Via Spiga, rua pedonal muito charmosa e elegante. Quarto muito confortável e serviço bom. Café da manhã ótimo. No hotel tem o bar restaurante “Il Baretto “, famoso e bem frequentado. A estadia foi bem agradável e confortável.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel for one night before our flight out of Milan the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made us last minute restaurant reservations and packed us delicious breakfast boxes and coffee in the morning before we left for our early flight. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the short period of time we were there. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This place is fantastic! Emmanuel was such a great help, he checked us in and made sure throughout our stay that we were happy and comfortable. He was truly one of the best people we have met in all of our stays around the world. Thank you for the care and attention to detail Emmanuel! The staff is just perfect and concierge was so helpful with all of our questions and guidance, they really saved us so much time and helped us create a great experience in Milan. The general manager event sent us a hand written note! In all great staff, beautiful property and wonderful location. We will stay here every time we visit Milan.
