The apartment offers a bright and stylish interior with an open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms designed for a relaxing stay. Large windows fill the space with natural light and lead out to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the warm Costa del Sol climate. The complex features excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool area, gym, playground, and a private paddle court with panoramic glass. The apartment also includes one private parking space for your convenience. The Space: As you step into the apartment, you’re welcomed by a bright and open-plan living space, where the living room and fully equipped kitchen come together seamlessly. The kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all essentials for cooking at home. From the living area, you have direct access to a private and spacious terrace featuring a lounge area for up to six people. From here, you can enjoy views of the pool area, La Cala, the Mijas mountains, and the sea. The south-east orientation provides beautiful morning light and sunshine throughout the day in summer, with sunsets behind the Mijas mountains. The apartment offers three bedrooms.
