### Spectacular new apartment with incredible sea views

This apartment is in a brand new building in Mijas Pueblo next to all amenities on walking distance. You will find Restaurants, shops, bus station etc a few minutes walking distance away.  
The apartment is in the 4th floor with a terracce and BARBACUE and has amazing views over the coast and over the nice mountains of Mijas. The shared pool and a big terrace with sunbeds and panoramic views are in the same level as the apartment. It also has a community gym.  
  
The seasonal swimming pool is closed from December to April.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Close to everything but quiet. Five minutes and you are in the heart of mijas.
