The second bedroom is ideal for families or friends, offering two comfortable single beds and the same modern, fresh design. Patio doors from the living room and main bedroom lead out to a large private terrace with a comfortable lounging area – the perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning views of the Sierra de Mijas mountains. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a full-size bathtub – ideal for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the Costa del Sol. During your stay, enjoy access to a beautiful communal pool set in well-kept gardens. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip, or simply relax poolside with a book, the pool area offers a tranquil and picturesque place to cool off and recharge under the Andalusian sun. You’ll also have your own private parking space, making it easy to come and go as you please—perfect for exploring the surrounding area by car without the stress of finding street parking. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. There is a free parking space within the underground parking area. The pool is shared with residents and guests of the complex. Other things to note Staying with Pass the Keys® The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company. Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.). If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7\. We look forward to welcoming you! Check-in to this property is between 3pm and 11pm via a personal Meet & Greet service. Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge will apply. Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. CHILDREN'S POOL Please note that, as of August 2025, the children's pool is out of action due to maintenance problems. It is expected to be out of action throughout the peak summer season of 2025\. We apologise for any inconvenience. ADDITIONAL EXTRAS Pool/beach towels are available to rent at an additional cost upon request at the time of booking. For longer bookings, a mid-stay clean & linen change can be provided upon request. An additional cost is chargeable. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
