Registration number VFT/MA/74335\. Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda. A beautifully presented 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom top (2nd) floor apartment with panoramic views in the Riviera Golf complex in Riviera del Sol. It comprises of a modern open-plan kitchen (fitted with a special tap for filtered drinking water) and a bright lounge / diner leading to a terrace with magnificent panoramic views over the Mediterranean. A staircase from the balcony leads to a private rooftop terrace with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for dining or sunbathing. There is even an outdoor shower installed. There are 2 double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a refurbished bathroom with a shower. The property is in excellent condition with air conditioning installed throughout. Please note that the property is unsuitable for people with mobility issues as there are a number of steps to the property and no lift. The gated complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a separate children's pool. Only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. Miraflores Golf Course is nearby with the driving range just a short walk away. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
