Registration number VFT/MA/74335\. Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda. A beautifully presented 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom top (2nd) floor apartment with panoramic views in the Riviera Golf complex in Riviera del Sol. It comprises of a modern open-plan kitchen (fitted with a special tap for filtered drinking water) and a bright lounge / diner leading to a terrace with magnificent panoramic views over the Mediterranean. A staircase from the balcony leads to a private rooftop terrace with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for dining or sunbathing. There is even an outdoor shower installed. There are 2 double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a refurbished bathroom with a shower. The property is in excellent condition with air conditioning installed throughout. Please note that the property is unsuitable for people with mobility issues as there are a number of steps to the property and no lift. The gated complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a separate children's pool. Only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. Miraflores Golf Course is nearby with the driving range just a short walk away. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
