About this property
Mijas Beach Penthouse
The apartment consists of 60 open plan loft style square meters. It is the last apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea. On the other side you will see Morocco's mountains.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The air conditioner can be used in hot weather as well as for heating. The kitchen has an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and is fully equipped. All windows are double glazed ( a rarity in Spain ). Washer and dryer are also new.
If you do not want to cook, next to us you will find a cozy beach bar. They serve full English breakfast. Unlimited WiFi. The swimming pool is quite large and has been refurbished 2015 and child safe. A free tennis court is also available. The beach is reached via a short flight of stairs.
The beach right in front of the apartment is very interesting for snorkeling and about 150m on the right we have a large sunbathing beach. The water is crystal clear and is a special area of conservation for flora and fauna of the EU. A lot of fish can be seen snorkeling right in front of the apartment.
