Air conditioning / heating, TV with 195 international channels, free wifi (fiber), integrated computer with webcam and Skype, community pool. Fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, fridge / freezer, table and iron ... New dishes and kitchen utensils. About 100m 2 including: 1 bedroom with double bed and double bathroom, bath, bidet, wc. Cot on request. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and wc 1 double sofa bed Cleaning service included. Bed linen and towels included. Its a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Large balcony which is sun drenched all day. Aircon, TV, Broadband, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, even a toaster, kettle and iron, you've got everything you could ever need. its like home. Nice quiet location too and underground parking if you rent a car (advisable). Rented 4 other apartments in this location over the last decade, and this is the best one by far. The kitchen is compact, big enough to prepare a meal, but its a 1 person kitchen, which is fine whilst you're on holiday. The apartment is 5 min drive from A7(N340) with shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Golf course (and driving range) is walking distance. Good communication with the owner Daniel. Vielen Dank, dass wir eine wunderschoene Zeit in euer schoenen Wohnung verbringen durften. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war in einen Top Zustand. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super, wir kamen erst um 23:30 Uhr an und wurden sehr liebe voll von der Haushälterin empfangen zwecks Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung, PKW Stellplatz etc. Tolle Dachterrasse.
