There is a beautiful communal pool, open all year with sunloungers. The large outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area is heated all year round, so it´s fantastic in winter. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, and the free parking space belongs to the property and is located in a secure underground garage. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing area with large wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom and large king bed. The seond bedroom has a double bedroom and access to a small privat balcony. Both have room darkening/blackout shades. The bathrooms are premium and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, including tea and coffee The living area has floor to ceiling terrace doors. The doors are bi-folding, so they can be totally folded back to open up the entire room to the terrace. Outside there is a large lounge-style seating area, as well as a dining area, with lovely sea views, and views over the resort and beyond. The large outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area is heated all year round, so it´s fantastic in winter.
