Nearby, you'll find a Mercadona supermarket and convenient bus stops that provide easy access to both Marbella and Fuengirola. For those driving, free street parking is available right outside the building. Stepping into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living room to the left. It features a large smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four, and a cozy balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and more, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
