The apartment is comfortably furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is TV with lots of different channels (Scandinavian, UK, German, etc.). There is direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture and sunbeds. From this terrace there is access to a large roof terrace and here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the nearby mountains and Mediterranean Sea. There is 2 bedrooms: The 1st bedroom contains 2 single beds, a wardrobe and air-condition. The 2nd bedroom contains a double bed, a wardrobe, en suite bathroom and air-condition. From this bedroom there is also access to a terrace. There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment. Your beloved pet, a dog up to 7 kg, is welcome. A pet fee will be applied. Within the urbanización there is a community swimming pool and kids pool which is available during the summer period. Furthermore, there is also a paddle tennis court. The area is used by many golfers and there are several golf courses within short distances. There is a supermarket and restaurants within 1 km but as the roads can be quite steep it is recommended that you have a car. A lovely holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year. NOTE: Own car or rental car is recommended!
