Registration number – VFT/MA/63830\. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with 1 bedroom on entry level and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 single beds in the downstairs bedroom, a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 single beds in the 3rd. Set within lovely tropical gardens this lovely three bedroom duplex apartment is an excellent location for that family holiday. This bright apartment has a rustic Spanish feel and a large terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxing. A short walk through a local park, complete with children's area, takes you to the local shops, bars and restaurants. There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi. The swimming pool is open all year round. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
