This two bedroom apartment is located in the Jardine Botanico complex in La Cala de Mijas. The secure gated complex enjoys a communal pool and is just 1km from the closest beach. 500m away you will find a selection of bars, cafes & restaurants. Lidl supermarket is 750m away. The town of La Cala de Mijas is 2km from the complex and Miraflores golf club, 3km away. The apartment offers a secure underground parking space, vented aircon, free WIFI and shutters in both bedrooms.   
  
This first floor apartment is arranged over one level, with access by lift. The separate kitchen is well equipped and has a utility room, fitted with a washing machine. The living space offers a dining seating area, two sofas, both with reclining seats and a 42” smart TV.
