"While a bit removed from the local amenities won’t be for everyone this was exactly what we were after. Small onsite restaurant is v good, incl. full bar and reception has small shop, but large shopping centre is less than 10 mins drive down the hill for anything you need."

"Whilst the room was clean the decor is very tired throughout. Outerlying areas were clean and tidy within the complex but some areas could do with a fix up - broken tiles, steps etc. Chevk in was quick and easy.The nearby resturants offer a variety of good food and were reasonably priced. We did not make use of the spa facilties on site."

"Our experience with Opuntia is a stark contrast to our experiences in Granda, Seville and Ronda. This Inn has no relationship with parking garage. No reservation was secured for our stay with much advance communication. All lots and street parking 100% full. After more than 1.5 hours circling the town Inn Keeper said not my problem. He has café, souvenir shops etc. which are more important than Inn. He said he is aware of this problem but not his issue. After 2 hours we left Mijas. No refund. Find a TRUE hotel."

"The standard of the property we were in was extremely poor. The hygiene was very bad. It was 100% opposite to what we saw online. The bathroom contained big ants and flies and the flat was infested with cockroaches especially in the bedroom. We ended up with itching all over the body and we did not sleep at all. I am requesting a full refund pleasex "
