THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED INCLUDING NEW KITCHEN, NEW BATHROOM AND BRAND NEW FURNITURE.

A spacious bungalow with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus cloakroom within walking distance to the beach and all amenities. There is also a sofa bed offering space for an additional 2 people. Extra charges apply.

Set in a pretty complex in Riviera Del Sol with a beautiful pool, tennis court and children’s play area. All accommodation is arranged on one level with direct access from the terrace to the manicured gardens and pool area (there are a few steps to the pool).

There is air conditioning in the lounge area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the kitchen. Complementary WIFI is also provided along with internet television offering a selection on European channels.

300 meters to shops bars and restaurants and just 500 meters to the beach.

The pool is open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Sitio de Calahonda in Spain Vacation Rental
This was a great 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow condo unit located within a 5-8 minute walk to the beach in Riviera del Sol. . The Bahia Playa condo complex is private, gated and very quiet with private parking. The unit was clean and neat with updated fixtures and appliances. The big feature was the roof terrace with views of the Med and great sunshine. Over our 6 week stay. there was a minor issue with a clog in the second bathroom but the property management team responded immediately and everything was fixed quickly. The owners were very courteous and Suncoaster was very responsive as a property management firm. Overall, we were very pleased with out stay as the property was central to access all of the Costa del Sol.
