Registration number – VFT /MA/ 02419\. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow with a sunny terrace within walking distance to the beach and all amenities. . The accommodation is arranged on one level with direct access from the terrace to the manicured gardens and pool area (there are a few steps to the pool). There is also a roof terrace with all day sun and lovely sea views. There is air conditioning in the lounge area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the kitchen. Complementary WIFI is also provided along with internet television offering a selection on European channels. Set in a pretty complex in Riviera Del Sol with a beautiful pool, tennis court and children’s play area. 300 meters to shops bars and restaurants and just 500 meters to the beach. The pool is open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking. IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. The Bahia Playa condo complex is private, gated and very quiet with private parking. The unit was clean and neat with updated fixtures and appliances. The big feature was the roof terrace with views of the Med and great sunshine. Over our 6 week stay. there was a minor issue with a clog in the second bathroom but the property management team responded immediately and everything was fixed quickly. The owners were very courteous and Suncoaster was very responsive as a property management firm. Overall, we were very pleased with out stay as the property was central to access all of the Costa del Sol. ##### Rob H.
