### CT 139 Cumbres de Riviera Penthouse

The apartment is furnished to a good standard with everything you need for your holiday. It really is a home away from home.  
  
 The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has ample storage space with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables and mirrors.  
  
 Free high speed Internet access is also provided for your use. Bed linen and towels are also provided, all textiles come from an industrial and disinfected laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full electric oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster and coffee maker. There is a utility room which has a washing machine and sink.  
  
 Extradionario are the terraces one of them with barbecue to enjoy evenings.  
  
 The residential offers a community pool with a garden around it. It is a very neat and pleasant area.  
  
 From this area you can comfortably move to the beaches of Riviera del Sol, Calahonda and Cabopino. First necessities are also within reach, several supermarkets available.
