This two bedroom two bathroom ground floor flat is ideally located in a residential area enjoying a privileged position about 100 meters from the beach of Calahonda and the amenities (Los Cipreses and El Campanario shopping centres with supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, cafes, restaurants, kiosk, dry cleaners / laundry, florist, etc ... ). The complex of CALAHONDA PARK situated in the lower part of the urbanisation of Sitio de Calahonda in Mijas Costa close to all the services that the area has to offer is made up of small buildings built in the typical Andalusian style enjoying two swimming pools and large tropical green areas. The area has managed to preserve its natural environment enjoying the mountainous and coastal areas thanks to the magnificent coastal path that surrounds its beaches from La Cala de Mijas to the port of Cabo Pino and Marbella. The area has bars, restaurants, shops and typical Andalusian life.
