Registration number – VFT/MA/ 02257\. Lovely south facing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom second floor apartment. This recently renovated two bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Jardines de Calahonda area on the Caserio complex. There is a brand new modern fully equipped kitchen (including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine). This bright and spacious property is in an excellent location for either a family holiday or a couples retreat. Situated within 1km walking distance to the beach and all amenities, this apartment is perfect for those who do not wish to hire a car. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the cooler winter months. Complementary WIFI and International Television channels are provided. There is also a second TV in one of the bedrooms equipped with a Google TV stick enabling the guests to sign in to their own Netflix, Prime, Disney+ or Apple TV accounts. The pool is open all year round from dawn till dusk. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. We've seen ants in the bathroom, then bought raid ant poisoning, but after 5 days they came back. So maybe it's a common issue for such places, but it was annoying. Balcony has no main curtain, so we barely use it during the day as it was very hot in there. And one more thing, we'd like to have key to the gate near the swimming pool. ##### Aliaksandr ---
