Super location! Set in the area of Mijas Golf, the property offers beautiful open spaces from the inside out. An open living area with an American Kitchen in between the two large bedrooms. One of the great features of this property are the SUNNY TERRACES on both sides of the property, this means sun all day long from sunrise to sunset, enjoying GREAT outside space on the Costa del Sol. It has a brand new air conditioning. Mijas Golf area ( you can google it!) offers the opportunity to play golf, enjoy the sunny weather in a very quiet area, no many buildings, very open space and many green zones, it has also a seasonal communal pool where you can cool off on the hottest days. You will have access to the entire property and the communal areas of the urbanization Urbanization features : This complex offers communal areas with garden and Fantastic pool to enjoy with family, kids, and friends! There are an underground parking and storage included in the price. The condition of the Property: This beautiful and fresh holiday home is in great condition, very well kept and ready to enjoy it! Location of the property: The property is located with walking distances to Golf, 5-7 minutes drive from Shops, Restaurants etc and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. 25 Minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from La cala de Mijas and 30 Minutes from Marbella.
