This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfect for a family with 2 children, a few meters walk from the beach. The Urbanization has good community facilities, 24 hour security, security cameras. The complex includes 3 swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and beautiful tropical gardens. In addition, the apartment is located 200 meters from the Carrefour supermarket, Mercadona, shops and many restaurants and bars in the LOS OLIVOS and ZOCO Calahonda shopping centers. The beaches are also less than a 5 minute walk away! Marbella at 13min by car and the Miramar Shopping Center in Fuengirola at 10 min. A 12 minutos caminando a la playa y con un Carrefour express al lado. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, hasta Netflix en la TV, y estaba todo muy limpio, cosa que se agradece sobretodo los utensilios de cocina.
