Charming, bright, modern and spacious apartment in Mijas Costa, located within a holiday complex with free parking available outside the property. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, with frequent dolphin sightings (binoculars provided for those special moments). The complex consists of a selection of beautiful pools (1 heated) surrounded by tropical gardens, all with padded sun loungers. Poolside restaurants and bars to enjoy snacks, lunch meals, as well as a selection of excellent restaurants for dinner and entertainment. Tennis courts, paddle courts, children's pools, small supermarket, gym, 24-hour reception, taxi rank and on-site doctor are also available. Free shuttle trains to facilitate access to all complex services are just a 2-minute walk from the nearest stop. The apartment has an open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, cooker/ceramic hob, washer/dryer and microwave, as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates/glasses, utensils, pots/pans, etc. A barbecue is available for use for an additional charge (gas and cleaning). Air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, large satellite TVs (multilingual) in the living room and double bedroom. Bluetooth sound system plus free high-speed Wi-Fi.
