The complex has both an adult and children’s swimming pool in a safe gated green area. Taxi rank and public transport are close by. The apartment is in a safe gated complex, ideal for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

The Miraflores Golf Club is close by and open to non-members. Only a short 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and a supermarket in Torrenueva, as well as in Riviera del Sol and La Cala de Mijas. Enjoyed our stay
Apartment is convenient for beach, local supermarket, bars and restaurants. Good sized pool plus small pool for children, sufficient sunbed for use while staying. Apartment was well equiped - washer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning and fans were a bonus during the high temperatures. Chairs and table on the balcony for breakfast and drinks before bed. Able to see mountains and sea while on the balcony. Sue was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Mouna contacted us after a few days to check everything was ok, which was nice. One of our party is a full time wheelchair user and we did not encounter any issues accessing the apartment or moving around the apartment this could have been very different if the lift had not been operating. The slopes within the complex are steep as are most routes in the area. Group really enjoyed our stay, had some difficulty finding property at first but Sue's husband talked us in.

Clean apartment on a lovely complex. Big swimming pool which was great for kids. 5 minute walk to supermarket and bit further to lovely beach quite steep walk on way back though but wouldn’t put of off returning again.

Massive long-term residential construction project behind condo complex. Very noisy and dusty. Very noisy condo neighbors, especially late late at night. Very steep hill to condo, especially if walking. Neighbors call it "cardiac hill" must be in good physical condition if you are walking.

Lovely winter break
This apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach (downhill - steep) 20-25 flat stroll along the boardwalk into La Cala and 15 minutes from Lidl. Theres also a market on in La Cala on a Wednesday and a Saturday. It’s big but not that cheap. There’s a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill if you can’t manage to climb the hill back home. We were there in January and February and eating places within walking distance are limited. Monica’s Italian at the bottom of the hill opens in an evening and the food is lovely. Not everywhere was open even in La Cala but it was coming to life as we left. We enjoyed food at Casa Barella, The Times, La Costa (on the beach) and Cafe Pino . The week before we left, the beach bar Chiringuito Los Merenos on the boardwalk opened and we spent most days there as they have sun beds €5 each for the day and there was good seafood and beer. The apartment is in an urbanization which is very clean and well maintained. The owners have quite obviously spent money updating things in particular there were brand new towels, a family sized fridge, a brand new washing machine, flat screen tv with Netflix and Wi-fi. The pans and cutlery could do with replacing and in general it probably needs a lick of paint but overall it’s a very comfortable apartment. I would say that it can get cold in the winter particularly first thing in the morning and after 5pm and the place gets very little natural sunlight but once you put the heating on it warms up really quickly. I suppose the coolness will be a godsend in summer. You will hear some noise from your neighbours but hey you’re attached!! Everyone in the area seems friendly and there’s lots of English expats. Sue, the agent is friendly and knowledgeable of the area and the owners are very responsive. We’ve had a great couple of months!

Very good property well laid out, provided everything we needed and close to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Only down side was noisy neighbours especially at night/early morning.

Perfect stay. Fabulous overall experience.
I stayed in this apartment for just under 3 months, and was great! Gail met me at arrival & was really helpful. Apartment is clean, bright & airy & view from terrace is just amazing! It is really well equipped & also all the condiments, bits & pieces left over I imagine from other 'rentals' was nice touch. I don't drive but there's no need. You have everything you need around & local bus (220) has stop at bottom of hill. Beach is 5 min walk & the boardwalk which runs for few miles was a great walk Morning & evening. Local supermarket, bars & restaurants within easy walking distance, & you need to go to Jacquelines!!! I stayed on my own & no time did I feel unsafe, & was also welcomed warmly wherever I went. There is also a Lidl a short walk away & the local market held on a Wed and Sat morning is great for picking up fruit/veg & other bargains. And only short bit away from Lidl. 15 min walk and you're in La Cala de Mijas too. The pool area is just great, & was always a sunbed available while I was there. Mouna the owner of apartment was a pleasure to deal with & communication was excellent. Yes, the hill leading up is quite steep but great exercise ;) Apartment easily fits 6 people, & I had a work colleague come out for a stay and they loved it. I will definitely be looking to come back. Only moved out as there were already people booked in prior to me finding this little gem. Thank you Mouna & Gail for a fabulous stay.

Great appartment and location as expected.
We had a week in September in this large spacious apartment. The location was great except we used taxis every day to get back up the hill as we are all pensioners with dodgey hips.hahaha. The lady who welcomed us was great and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The appartment was very clean light and airy(the air con not required), the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen had all the items nessesary for a home from home. There is a lovely beach five min walk away and the stroll into La Carla along the boardwalk very pleasant. Would recommend to all. Thank you for a great stay, Margaret

Lovely apartment in a great location, clean, family friendly and close to beach
My partner and I plus our 4 children stayed for 10 days. I could not fault it. Nice pool and baby pool on site. Apartment was clean, everything organised with owner without any problems. A 5 min walk to nice restaurants/supermarket and the lovely beach. I will definitely be looking to return. Gary
