Block I This new, modern three bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful residential complex of Casa Banderas, La Cala de Mijas. The secure gated complex has three communal outdoor swimming pools (1 with disabled chair lift to the pool), a paddle tennis court, children's play area, indoor gym and spa (8am - 9pm) and outdoor sports machines. Book a paddle court or gym with the concierge. The complex is 1.5km from the beach and the towns facilities. The nearest supermarket is 1km away and La Noria Golf Course is 3km away. The apartment offers a covered parking space, hot and cold vented aircon, electric shutters in the bedrooms and free WIFI. This second-floor apartment is tastefully furnished and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space offers a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge space benefits from an L-shaped sofa, a recliner armchair and a 49” smart TV and the dining area will seat up to six people. Access the large terrace from the living room where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain and partial sea views. The terrace enjoys a dining seating area and a lounge seating area. There is also a gas BBQ with a work top and storage cupboards, two sun loungers and a parasol.
