The house has two floors, a patio with barbecue, garage, and a great terrace from which you can contemplate an impressive starry sky. It is ideal for country trips in which you are looking for a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Also for small family groups it gives an excellent service for longer stays during the holidays, in a town where children can play freely as we did before…. On the upper floor there are two large rooms, the main one, very spacious, with a bed of 1.50, a small dressing room. The other room has two beds, one of 1.35 and another of 90\. This room is attic, and very bright. Additionally, there is a full bathroom (with bathtub) on this floor. The floor of all rooms is solid wood, the stone walls .... All this is combined in a very cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, with a fireplace, two armchairs and a dining table. The living room with TV, and is very bright. Through a wide wooden doors it opens onto the patio of the house, which has a barbecue. Attached to the living room there is another bathroom with shower and kitchen. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. Likewise, if you like traditional cuisine, it also has a "Bilbao" kitchen, made of wood where you can, if you want, cook in the old way, slowly, to the love of fire. Of course, the house has a powerful heating, and all the firewood you need for the fireplace and barbecue. If necessary, the house has an annex with a guest room with its own bathroom, independent of the main building. This guest room is very spacious, located above the garage, which is accessed through a huge terrace. This room has a bed of 1.50 and a bathroom in the same room. The roof is made of thick beams of solid pine wood, and through the terrace there are beautiful views of the churches on one side and on the other of an ancient Romanesque hermitage located on top of a hill overlooking the town. On moonless nights, the starry sky is impressive. If you do not want to bother with meals, we recommend Marciano's piglet, which breeds it and roasts in its clay oven with firewood. It's delicious. Of course, you can always use the house barbecue. We give you all the firewood you need. There is also a bar with very good skewers, in the San Isidro cultural center, and serves meals at home, with an excellent value for money. La casa está bien cuidada y equipada. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el trato del propietario Nacho que ha estado muy atento. Agradecemos sus recomendaciones, sus detalles y que nos enseñara el camino al río de Miguelañez. No podríamos haber llegado de otra manera:.-)) Nos gustó también pasar una mañana en la piscina de Bernardos que estaba fenomenal. La casa tiene un encanto especial y el pueblo es tranquilo y muy bonito. La casa cuenta con un pequeño jardín con barbacoa que gracias al buen tiempo de este fin de semana hemos aprovechado muchísimo, toda la leña que hemos necesitado tanto para la barbacoa como para la chimenea del salón el dueño nos la ha proporcionado gratuitamente. La casa tiene tres dormitorios amplios con camas con colchones y almohadas muy cómodos, y los baños están nuevos y cuidados. Hemos disfrutado de paseos al aire libre, los niños de correr y jugar sin parar, hemos probado el cochinillo de Marciano que está delicioso y las estupendas chuletillas y productos para la barbacoa de la carnicería del pueblo de al lado (Bernardos). La entrada y salida de la casa es libre sin horarios prefijados, nosotros como los niños no tenían cole el viernes 31, llegamos pronto esa mañana y nos marchamos el domingo ya después de anochecer, así que la sensación es de fin de semana largo y de días aprovechados al máximo. Pero sin duda lo mejor de toda la estancia son los dueños de la casa, Nacho y Susana y sus tres preciosas niñas. Desde el mismo día de la reserva , Nacho nos ha facilitado todo, ofreciéndonos soluciones y estando atento cuando ha sido necesario, asimismo y ya en la casa, todo aquello que hemos necesitado, nos ha faltado o no estaba a nuestro gusto, se lo hemos dicho y Nacho lo ha traído o solucionado al instante. Han estado pendientes de nosotros y de que estuviéramos a gusto en todo momento, pero dejándonos total libertad. Los niños han estado jugando con sus niñas en la calle y en la plaza del pueblo como los niños de antes, y han estado tan encantados que antes de irnos ya estaban pidiéndonos volver. Y una cosa es segura, volveremos sin dudarlo. Me da la sensación que todo aquel que tiene la suerte de encontrar esta casa rural, alquilarla y pasar allí unos días, vuelve a ella otra vez, porque uno tiene la sensación de que no ha sido un cliente más sino un amigo invitado en casa de sus amigos. Tambien pudimos llevar a nuestras tres perritas pequeñas que disfrutaron mas que nosotros! La casita esta genial, tanto para pasar unos dias de relax, calentito en invierno o para pasar unos dias de verano, nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema y salimos muy contentos con la casa y el trato recibido. Los propietarios Nacho y Susana muy atentos y detallistas . Recomiendo ver el castillo de coca que es precioso, a nosotros nos encanto! He de darle las gracias tanto a Nacho como a Susana por ser tan amables y acogernos como si fueramos de su "familia", y por su puesto a sus hijas ( Nieves, Aurora y Sofia ) que han estado jugando con las mias todos estos días, como sera la cosa que mi hija mayor se ha ido llorando por que se queria quedar con ellas¡¡ El pueblo es pequeñito pero ideal para desconectar de la gran ciudad. Bueno antes de comenzar a dar mi opinión, quisiera pedirle disculpas a Nacho, puesto q esta opinión la tendría q haber expuesto mucho antes, pero por cirustancias de la vida me ha sido imposible. Dicho esto, quiero intentar expresar en palabras la experiencía en "CASA TIA MATEA". Nuestra estancía fué de 10 días en la primera semana de agosto. Fué un viaje en familia completo (mis padres, mi hermano, cuñada e hijo de 1 año + mi marido y mis 2 hijos 3 - 8). He de decir que este viaje, fué un regalo de mis padres. Porque tenían muchas ganas de disfrutar de todos nosotros y sobre todo de sus nietos a los que adoran. De la casa he decir que es preciosa, grande, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Con un patio que da mucho juego a mayores y a niños. La ubicación inmejorable, puesto que esta dentro del pueblo, que por cierto es precioso. Esto unido a que coincidimos con las fiestas hizó que todo fuerá perfecto. De lo material, he de decir que todo es perfecto. Pero lo verdaderamente "excelente" es el trato de Nacho, sus padres y Conchi. Que nos hicierón sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias. Si tuvierá que poner una puntuación le pondría un 10\. Por todo lo expuesto y porque han sido las últimas vacaciones con mi PADRE. Porqué le día 26 de Septiembre falleció. Y para mi ha sido el mejor recuerdo que me queda de él, disfrutando de una casa que le encantó, de sus nietos y sus hijos. Por eso "CASA TIA MATEA" será para mi la "MEJOR".
