At the end of a dead-end road, near the cattle farm and surrounded by ponds, you will be charmed by this 100% natural setting in the heart of Berry.  
Highlights: a 1.5-hectare pond available (no-kill fishing for carp and pike), walks on the 250-hectare property, and for the lucky few, you may even see deer and does... A mansion with a large private garden.  
  
On the ground floor: large equipped kitchen with dining room - living room with 2 sofa beds - shower room/toilet and laundry room.  
  
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds) with the possibility of an additional bed for 2 people - shower room/toilet.  
  
Electric heating included in the price.  
Parking.
