Il faisait une chaleur atroce dans les chambres et nous avons dû avancer notre départ (j'ai envoyé un mail au représentant local du groupe Accor -sur la suggestion de la réceptionniste- pour demander une indemnisation. J'attends la réponse."

"Nicely decorated, very spacious, very clean and quiet room. Room had all the amenities. Jean-Paul and staff was very helpful and friendly. A couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Short driving distances to supermarket and downtown Haguenau. Easy access to highway towards Strasbourg or Germany."

"This hotel is housed in a beautiful building in a quaint little town, about 18 km north of Strasbourg. The staff were excellent, the room was perfectly adequate, and the restaurant was superb - not to be missed. There is also a little pool amd saunas for guest use, in a newer building across the street. Not for lap swimming, but a nice feature nonetheless."
