Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Looking forward to a lazy afternoon after leaving the ferry, arrived at the hotel only to find it closed so had to move on and find another hotel on route. Very very disappointed but not only that I was emailed to tell me that I had been charged for my stay.
