"Kleines feines gemütliches Apartment. Was mich sehr gestört hat war dass die Haustür nur mit einem lauten Knall zu ging und das Haus sehr hellhörig war. Außerdem war an Ruhe und Entspannung nicht zu denken da, im Flur, ein Kommen und Gehen war. Eher eine Unterkunft für Monteure statt Urlaubsgäste. "

Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann natürlich auch mit dem Bus in die City fahren. Bushaltestelle nicht weit entfernt von der Ferienwohnung. Leer ist eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt. "Das Zimmer sowie die Dusche/Bad waren sehr kalt. Die Heizung im Bad ging überhaut nicht und in Zimmer waren zwei Fliesen der Fußbodenheizung lauwarm. Das Bett hatte eine Durchgehende Matratze was sich beim schlafen als schlecht erwiesen hatte. Eine Außenbeleuchtung funktioniert nur wenn man es geschafft hat die Tür zur Unterkunft zu öffnen, im dunkeln , dann findet man auch einen Lichtschalter .Die Außentemperatur war gestern höher als die Innenraum Temperatur. Ein Duschen war unmöglich bei...

"Wir durften ein paar Tage in dem Ferienhaus Franz verbringen. Es war wunderbar ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Hunde hier sehr willkommen sind merkt man sofort. Fressnäpfe und sogar ein Hundebett gab es. Wir ( 3 Erwachsene und ein Hund) kommen gerne wieder.Gruß Famlie Tams"
