The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurants breakfast food was delicious and very reasonably priced but they are only open a few days a week. The bakery also has very tasty treats. The pool was wonderful. There are lots of beautiful places to go very close to the hotel.The room had a bit of wear and tear that could easily be fixed. My only complaint is that the air conditioner unit was extremely squeaky. All day and night long I heard a whistle and squeak when it would start. The one significant issue was that the heat was not working. While I received a reasonably prompt response to my phone call and email and somebody came out that night and left a space heater and repair man the next day, the communication on this problem could have been better. (The repair man could not make the repairs while I was there but room temp improved.) All this being said (very small issue of clock not being set correctly and I couldn't figure out how to reset), I would stay in this room again.
