Guests have full access to the home, garage, and community walking paths. The home is designed for convenience, with the primary suite on the main floor and minimal steps for easy access. This home is Handicapped Accessible & can accommodate Single Level Living.

There is also a Common Area with a park just a short walk from the home. Additional community parking is available nearby for extra vehicles, trailers, or outdoor recreation gear.

To Swim or Scuba Dive at the Crater, please make reservations on the Crater website. We have included the link in the Welcome email you will receive upon your Booking Confirmation.

**Please note: The Homestead Golf Course will be undergoing renovations from Fall 2025 to Spring 2027. While access to the grounds will be limited during that time, Midway offers no shortage of outdoor activities, dining, and nearby adventures year-round.

Please check for lost items before departing. We do not live locally and will do our best to return forgotten items, but it may take weeks or months before we can return them to you.
Place all used towels, wash cloths, and blankets in the laundry room floor. Do not make beds or put away used blankets. If the murphy bed is used, leave the bed extended with bedding on the bed.
Log out of streaming services on the TVs. Turn off all lights, TVs, and ceiling fans. Close and lock and windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not park on the street overnight as this is a violation of HOA and City codes. Do not wear ski boots or equipment in the house.
Our hot tub operator services the hot tub on Monday typically, but sometimes on Tuesday so please be aware that you may see her on the back patio.
We have a service that will stop by Wednesday afternoon to put garbage can in the garage on the street. They will return on Thursday to put it back.

Great Place to Stay

Wonderful house. Had a group of friends with some wanting to ski and some wanting to do other activities. Short drive to Park City or Canyons and a nice quiet place to stay with other activities in the area.

We had a lovely stay! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family and friends! There were two master bedrooms with bathrooms, which was great because we had two families staying. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of amenities, and the house was very clean. It was located right outside the main street in Midway. There is also a walking trail right above the neighborhood. The views are stunning. It was wonderful!

Great for groups and long stays

Clean and comfortable. Everything you need from a well equipped Kitchen. There are three Family rooms and two decks- so easy to spread out. Good location for what we were planning to do (golf at Wasatch State Park) and Mountain Biking in the area. Good times.

Highly Recommend

If you are traveling to the area, I highly recommend staying here. Here me when I say, this house has everything you need. Perfect for my family (2 under 2) my parents, brother, and his significant other. There is PLENTY of space. The beds are all California Kings (comfy ones at that) which was awesome. They had a ton of toys for littles which was an added bonus. The neighborhood takes care of plowing the streets and the location is great. Grant was easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Vacation House

The house was spacious and well appointed. It is not in Park City where we skied, but close enough for it to work very well for our ski trip. Grant was a pleasure to work with.

Winter Wonderland

Fabulous house for a large group. It was well stocked with everything we needed was a perfect place to spend Christmas! There is lots of gathering rooms and the kitchen was big so we could cook for everyone. The hot springs is next door with shopping not too far away. We can’t wait to go back again!

Everything you need

I came here with my spouse, 5 yo son, sister and her husband, and my parents. There was a lot of us, but the place still felt very spacious. We cooked most meals at home and the kitchen had all necessary supplies, even for home cooked Korean meals! Everything felt very clean, beds were comfortable, and our shower had very good water pressure. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in while skiing at nearby ski resorts. Thank you!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time at this home. It is located just a short walking distance from the Homestead crater. The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was completely stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. My boys loved the ping pong table. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. A huge thank you to the owners for letting us stay and helping to create a wonderful memory for my family.

Lovely Home - Great Location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Midway! Grant's home is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. It is roomy enough for everyone to be able to spread out and have personal space, but also has great living areas for hanging out together. We enjoyed lovely views of the Heber Valley from the balcony. The location is minutes from great hiking and mountain bike trails. Grant is a wonderful host, providing clear communication regarding check in, etc., and promptly replying to questions. The next time we need a place to stay in Midway, this home will be at the top of our list!

Beautiful New Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Grant was very kind and highly responsive. The house was thoughtfully and well stocked with amenities, probably the best of any vacation rental I had ever stayed at. Appliances were all new and modern. Kitchen had ample dishware and cookware. Although there were new homes being constructed in neighboring lots, it was still quiet inside the house. The bottom floor was suited well for young children, from the height of the furniture and bathtub to the closet full of toys. Very friendly neighbors. Highly recommend.
