Backed up to a Utah State Park, you can enjoy miles of trails right out the back door! The spacious layout comes fully furnished and provides 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, along with a study, workout room with swim spa, 2 laundry areas, a TV/game room in the basement and beautiful courtyard with access from 3 slider doors to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The great room provides plenty of space with double islands and dining nook, a two way fireplace and floor to ceiling windows. A separate dining and formal living space provide plenty of privacy for larger families. Currently set up to sleep 12, you'll find a bunk room in the basement, guest bedroom with on suite bathroom on the main floor and 4 additional bedrooms on the second level - the primary suite, 2 bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom being used as a dedicated office space, perfect for working from home!
